What You Need
Windows x64, Steam Fallout 4 runtime 1.11.240, F4SE and Address Library, and a Microsoft account owning Minecraft: Java Edition. The creator provides a Fabric build for Minecraft 26.3 and a NeoForge build for Minecraft 1.21.1; use one build with its matching loader and Java version.
